Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how the world works, learns, and creates. New providers, large language models, and use cases are being released on an almost daily basis. It can be difficult to keep up!

AI plays an important part in assisting our internal workflows here at CultureSuite. All of our teams use AI to some extent, ranging from helping us to draft communications, research new technologies, and improve customer support through to more technical tasks such as helping us create automated software tests, and prototype designs for Peppered.

While we are very excited by the possibilities that AI brings, we are also aware of the valid concerns that arise from the use of AI, particularly around environmental impact, security and copyright infringement. We make a point to educate ourselves on all of these topics, and take them all into consideration when designing both our internal AI workflows, and new features for our products.

With so many different AI models and solutions popping up almost every day, it seems hard to keep track of all the possibilities and determine where the true potential lies within the Peppered Platform. By carefully analysing the key processes of our Platform users, we will be able to find more and more areas in which AI can assist our users in a meaningful way. This will be a continuous focus moving forward.

All rich text editors have received a huge AI upgrade in release 209 that will assist in content creation. It can quickly summarise long texts to use in taglines and teaser fields and even translate texts. Just select any text in any rich text editor and use the new AI button to select an action. The response will be handed to you in a pop-up so you can use it anywhere you want it. For this feature to exist, we constructed an entire new AI foundation within the CMS that can connect to and work with multiple different AI services and models at the same time for different applications.

Third party solution Clonable can make a copy of your website content in a different language. The platform offers a language toggle that connects well with Clonable to switch between original website and the translated version.

Translation tools build in to every multi-lingual text field in the Dashboard for quick translations into all availalbe languages with one click.
