Beta: Monday 27 April, 2026 Full Client Release: Mon 4 & Tue 5 May, 2026
🎉 What’s new in Release 229
This release begins rolling out a new queue system for high-demand onsales, adds two shortcuts for tracking shared tickets, and moves more modules into the new CMS layout.
🚦 First phase of new queue system offers more protection
Our new queue system is being rolled out to keep things calm and controlled during high-traffic moments.
This is the third stage in a series of performance upgrades. CDN improvements in release 227 brought faster load times and better bot protection. Dedicated search servers in release 228 protected your website from increased search loads during onsales. The new queue system completes the picture.
What's changing?
- The first phase is already rolling out. It is invisible but active, working as an extra background protection layer for peak traffic moments.
- The system will monitor traffic and collect data in this phase, and can be activated in high-traffic situations by CultureSuite if needed
- Setting an appropriate maximum concurrent visitors means the new system should not need to be activated
- In the next phase, you will gain access to a new Queue module that will replace the existing module, and give you more control over incoming website traffic
Do I need to do anything?
- Nothing yet. The first phase runs automatically in the background.
🎟️ Preview shared tickets in seconds

What changed?
- Tracking a visitor's shared tickets can now be accessed more easily
- A new View shared tickets button takes you straight to the My Shared Tickets section of the visitor's website account.
- A new View in shared ticket module link takes you directly to their shared tickets in the CMS module.
- A date column has been added, with newest shared tickets shown at the top by default.
How do I use it?
- Open any visitor record in the Visitor module.
- Use Website shared tickets to view ticket sharing from the visitor's account perspective.
- Use CMS shared tickets to go directly to their record in the shared tickets module.
- No action needed to activate, both shortcuts are already live.
⚡ A cleaner, faster CMS
What changed?
- Four modules are now in the new CMS layout: Bundles, Price types, Collections, and Countries.
- When opening your website from any new module, the Special Access panel is now accessible immediately.

🤖 Your AI feed now links straight to ticket purchases
What changed?
- Purchase links are now included for all events in the AI feed.
- Chatbots can direct visitors straight to the ticket page.
- A sharing button that appeared on e-tickets for cross-sells (such as dinner reservations) has been removed. Ticket sharing is not supported for cross-sells. The button was misleading, so it no longer appears.
