Payments: in3

Introduction

in3 is a new Payment option for payments in 3 installments. in3 is an option offered by our PSP partners Mollie and Pay. Currently they mainly operate on the Dutch market.

in3 has a thorough process of credit checks to make sure the visitor is eligible to use this option, and guarantees 100% payment to you. The service is without any added interest or other fees. More information about in3.

 

CultureSuite offers in3 through their integrated purchase path, using PSP Mollie or PAY.

How it works

in3 can be activated in your Mollie or Pay dashboard. When that’s done, contact CultureSuite to implement the new payment method. There are a couple of unique aspects about the in3 payment option:

  • The in3 payment option will only be shown for order amounts of € 100,- or more.
  • The in3 payment option requires address and postal code info of the visitor to be provided by your website in order to perform the credit check. If these are not present in the visitor account, the payment can not be finalised (a notice will appear).
  • After the initial address and postal code check, in3 continues with an identity check, using the visitors bank account verification process (IDIN).

Set-up

  • Create a payment scenario in your ticketing system for Culturesuite to register the payment option after online order finalisation.
  • Ask CultureSuite to add the payment option to the website
  • Optional: Change the name of the payment option (or add an explanation) on the website via template text “FE3_paymentMethod_in3”
