This article will explain how to add a Sponsor Footer to your website. Followed by adding logos and links to the Sponsor Footer.
Step 1: Add space for your Sponsor Footer
To show the Sponsor Footer, you need to make room for one on your website.
- Go to Dashboard > System > Sticky parts (these are the parts that will always be visible, no matter what page is selected).
- Click on +Add and select the template called Sponsor Footer.
- Here you can add the desired amount of padding and the background colour.
- By adding the parameter 'fullWidth' with the value 1, you can make sure the Footer will be displayed across the full width of the page.
- Make sure that footer is selected in the Block field.
- In the Row field, select which row you want the Sponsor footer, depending on what row the general footer is placed (which is mostly on row 999). If you want it above the general footer, you can choose row 998. If you want it at the bottom, you have to switch the row numbers.
Step 2: Adding Sponsor Logos to your Sponsor Footer
Now that you have made room for a Sponsor Footer, you can now add the individual logos.
- Go to Dashboard > Website > Banners.
- Click on Add Banner and in Used in select the Banner Type ‘Sponsors Footer’.
Take note!
The content you will add here will be displayed on the website in the space that you have reserved for the Sponsor Footer (usually above or below the footer).
Contact a Peppered Expert for changes regarding the position on the page.
