Beta: Monday 28 July, 2025 Full Client Release: Mon 4 & Tue 5 August, 2025
๐ Whatโs new in Release 216?
Weโve launched fresh updates to make your website easier, smarter, and more accessible.
๐ Better URLs, more control, improved SEO
In Release 213, we announced an improved URL structure for Courses and People.
In Release 215, we brought those improvements to your Whatโs on / Calendar list, Production pages, Theme groups and Theme pages.
In this release, we complete the project by bringing the new URL structure to Pages and Stories.
What changed?
- Clean, user-friendly URLs for all your Pages and Stories (completing our URL makeover across all your pages).
- Plus additional control to tailor your URLs further with customisable slugs.
How do I use it?
- No action needed: Your existing links still work and redirect automatically.
- If you want to tailor your URLs further with a slug (the part after your domain), you can do so within each individual page that youโre looking to edit.
๐งญ Clearer, smoother Wayfinding for your visitors
What changed?
- Pointers are now reliably visible across all Dashboard pages.
- Cancelled events no longer appear in Wayfinding.
- New transition and timer effect improves user experience when displaying multiple events in sequence.
How do I use it?
- No action needed: these improvements are already live and working in the Wayfinding module.
๐ช Let visitors change their Cookie preferences anytime
What changed?
- You can now add a Cookie reset part to any Page, so visitors can update their preferences whenever they choose.
- This update keeps you aligned with WCAG standards.
How do I use it?
- Add the Cookie reset part to your Cookie page (or any other page). Thatโs it!
๐ตSmarter search results for your content

What changed?
- New Alternative search terms field added to Pages and Stories in the Dashboard.
- Content in this field remains invisible to visitors but powers your site search functionality.
- Perfect for controlling search results based on terms visitors actually use, adding common misspellings, or including alternative names.
- Full multilingual support included.
How do I use it?
- Navigate to any Page or Story in your Dashboard to find the new field.
- Add search terms that visitors might use that do not appear in your visible content.
- Include common misspellings of names, places, or show titles.
- Use Google Analytics site search data to identify popular search terms and add them to relevant content.
๐ This feature is already in use for Productions โ now it's available for all your content to ensure visitors find what they're looking for. Learn more about How the Search logic works ย
