Date of Release: Mon 6 & Tue 7 July, 2026

Beta: Monday 29 June, 2026 Full Client Release: Mon 6 & Tue 7 July, 2026

🎉 What’s new in Release v232?

This release brings meaningful improvements across accessibility, account security, and the CMS, including new language support for Swedish and Welsh, smarter video navigation for screen reader users, and a significant step forward in our ongoing CMS rebuilding work. It also includes fixes for Tessitura and Tixly users.

♿Videos on your What's On page are now fully accessible

Event card with a video

What changed?

  • Videos displayed in event cards on your What's On page now support full keyboard navigation, so visitors who don't use a mouse can interact with them without difficulty.
  • Additional information has been added for screen readers, giving every visitor the context they need to engage with video content.
  • Added a new template text, "video title". This gives screen readers a more meaningful default label for all videos on your site, replacing the generic "start video" prompt.

How do I use it?

  • No action needed. The keyboard navigation and screen reader improvements are live automatically.

🔒Stronger account security for your visitors

What changed?

  • When a visitor changes their account password, they are now automatically signed out of all other active browser sessions.
  • This closes a theoretical vulnerability. If someone else had access to a visitor's account on a different device, they are signed out immediately when the password is changed.
  • The visitor receives an automatic notification confirming the password change and the sign-out of other sessions.

How do I use it?

  • No action needed. This improvement works automatically for all visitor accounts.

🛠️New CMS: more modules, better UX and greater freedom to improve

A major step forward for future UX improvements: we have taken ownership of the CMS template layer by building our own version of the underlying framework templates. This gives us the freedom to make the visual and interaction improvements you have been asking for, without being limited by third-party constraints. Improvements such as clicking anywhere on a list item to open it are now on the horizon. Here is what is available now:

What changed?

  • Three new modules are now available in the new CMS layout:
    • Discount codes: filter codes by status (active, expired, or all) and view usage statistics directly within the module.
    • API connections: configure third-party integrations such as payment service providers and SMS services in one place.
    • API Access keys: manage keys for third-party access to feeds and API endpoints, with options to restrict access to sensitive resources such as the CRM endpoint.
  • Improved CMS search: search results in the Productions and Pages modules are now more focused. Previously, searches returned too many results because too many fields were included. Searches now target artist name, title, and page title for a quicker, more direct experience.
  • Better editing flow for page parts: when you save a page part, you now stay on that part to continue editing. Previously, saving returned you to the page overview, which broke your flow.

How do I use it?

  • No action needed.
    • The new Discount codes, API connections, and API Access keys modules are available now in your CMS menu.
    • Improved search and the updated page part saving behaviour are live automatically
    •

✨Hover animations now available on theme group pages

What changed?

  • Image hover animations are now also available on automated theme group pages.
  • Theme group pages display images and titles for all themes within a group. They were the one place where hover animation options were missing. That gap is now closed.

How do I use it?

  • Go to Routes & Parts > Featured Theme Part >add the animations parameter and add your preferred hover effect.

🌍Hej and Helo — Swedish and Welsh are now available

What changed?

  • Swedish and Welsh have been added as supported languages across the platform.
  • All template texts are available in both languages. Translations were machine-generated and then reviewed and refined using multiple AI tools to ensure quality.

How do I use it?

  • Activate Swedish or Welsh in your language settings in Website > Languages
  • As with all languages, you can review and adjust individual template texts to match your venue's tone.
⚠️
Switch from 1 to 2 languages When adding a second language, please contact our support. The URL structure of your website will change to make place for the language code in all URLs. We will have to clear a couple of caches for you.

⚙️ Additional fixes & Improvements

Payments and orders

  • Fixed an issue with webhooks for partial payments made via personal balance.
  • Improved the overview and payment information displayed in confirmation emails.
  • Fixed an issue where products were not rendering correctly in the cart popup.

Mailings

  • Fixed a bug where bulk mailing schedules were ignoring the timezone setting, causing emails to send an hour earlier than planned for UK venues.

Opt-ins

  • The Opt-ins module (Marketing) now supports drag-and-drop reordering. The order you set in the module is reflected on your website's information page.

Subsite and navigation

  • Resolved issues with how subsites are linked within the main menu when using custom URL management.

Ticket sharing

  • Updated the ticket sharing flow to prevent multiple confirmation emails from being sent in error. Visitors now receive a single email with a link, and must click a button on the resulting page to confirm, rather than confirmation happening automatically on arrival.

For Tessitura venues

  • Fixed an issue where the Tessitura price updater would stop running if a configured Mode of Sale (MOS) was missing for a price on a specific event. The updater now handles this gracefully and continues processing.

For Tixly venues

  • Resolved an issue where visitors using Tixly SSO could be unexpectedly signed out, causing them to lose their place in the queue. Visitors now stay signed in reliably throughout their session.
