Beta: Monday 10th February, 2025 Full Client Release: Mon 17 & Tue 18 February, 2025
βVideo/audioβ Page part is renamed as βembedβ part and now also supports Tally forms.
Donβt we already have forms? Sure! The page part Forms offers built in contact forms straight out of the box. Select the Form page part and configure it to use one of the default forms. Filled in forms are sent to a set email address.
If you want something more versatile and like to build your own forms and collect form data in a more central way, we now offer a Tally integration. Tally offers flexible form building options and data collection and lets you style any form in your own look and feel, to make it match your website. They are based in Europe, which is convenient for GDPR compliance, as they explain on their website. This makes Tally a better alternative than any other third party form solution, like Google forms for European based venues.

New Queue messages Module supports multiple messages, replacing the old News module.
The brand new Queue messages module is our latest Dashboard module. It has been built from scratch and is only available in our new Dashboard layout. It supports multiple Queue messages simultaneously, so you can use the queue as a little blog of multiple updates. Latest updates will be on top.
It also offers brand new features like a βnowβ option while setting the start & end date of a message.
The Queue main page will automatically send you to the new module when you want to add or manage your queue messages.
New Dashboard features
Smarter βSwitch to classicβ button
The βswitch to classicβ toggle in any new Dashboard module now directly links to the same module in classic mode.
New Shared tickets Module
Shared tickets can now be viewed in a new Dashboard module, go to System. No data or settings can be altered here. This is a view only module. If required, our Customer Success team can now remove shared tickets.
Automated option to stop selling Cross-sells shortly before start of main event
We have introduced a new option that disables cross-sells from being sold at a set period before the linked event starts. In Control Panel > Status updater cross-sells, you will find a new field Event start offset (hours) to configure the time (in hours) before the start of the main event when you want to stop selling any related cross-sells.
This new field ties into the Cross-sell availability updater that will automatically change the cross-sell status to βnot availableβ when the set time is reached. Make sure you have your Cross-sell availability updater configured, and also configure your βcross-sell status updaterβ in your Control panel.
This new setting will be rolled out on a general level, meaning that it will apply to all your cross-sells. We chose this route to prevent having to set this for each cross-sell individually, and think this will cover most needs. If you want a more granular approach (per cross-sell) for this new option, let us know.
